Overview
The City of McFarland is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to supply four new half-ton, two-wheel drive work trucks. Four-wheel drive models may be accepted; however, the lowest cost will help determine the final purchase selection.

Submission Instructions
All proposals must be submitted no later than Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

Evaluation Criteria
Responsive proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the City to determine which proposer best meets the City’s needs. Award consideration will be based on:

Adherence to the required specifications
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any irregularities in the proposal process, and issue written addenda if revisions to the RFP become necessary.
Vehicle Specifications
The City is seeking four new work trucks meeting the following minimum specifications:

New Dodge RAM 1500 2WD Single Cab, Ford F-150 2WD Single Cab, Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2WD Single Cab or Access Cab, or approved equivalent

Manuals
In addition to the owner’s manual, vehicle service manuals for the engine, chassis, and electrical system must be provided in book format and/or electronic format.
