Step 2: Complete the Application

Applications can be:

• View Application Here from our website
• Picked up at City Hall (401 W Kern Ave)
• Requested via email: bdeleon@mcfarlandcity.org

Submission Options:

• Drop off at City Hall
• Email the completed application to our team: bdeleon@mcfarlandcity.org

Once submitted, the Community Development Department will review your application and contact you.

Step 3: Required Documents

To complete your application, you must submit the following:

• Master Uniform Application
• Food Truck Park Facility Use Agreement
• City of McFarland Business License Application (Background check required)
• Health Department Certificate
• General Liability Insurance
• Rental Fee (Monthly and yearly options available)

Fee Structure:

• Month-to-Month: $500 per month + $500 security deposit
• Weekend Agreement (Friday-Sunday) :  $150 Weekend fee + $300 deposit
• Annual Commitment: $5,500 per year + $500 security deposit 
• Discounted business license rates apply when signing up for the Food Truck Park

Step 4: City Review & Approval

Once all documents are submitted, our team will review your application. If everything is in order, you’ll be contacted with next steps.
